DNA Vibe – Customer Testimonial Creative Assets

Social media thrives on authentic storytelling—and there’s no better storyteller than a satisfied customer.
While managing DNA Vibe’s social channels, I noticed skepticism in the comments, with some users questioning the legitimacy of the product. To counter this, I leaned into customer testimonials to build trust and credibility. One standout example was Carol, a former skeptic turned passionate advocate, whose story we turned into a compelling testimonial asset. Inspired by her success, we replicated this approach with 20–30 additional customers, producing video testimonials that were deployed across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and in email campaigns. These stories helped shift perception and drive meaningful engagement.
